WHAT DOES A CAREER AT ROYANS LOOK LIKE?
Comprehensive Training:
After completing a 4 year apprenticeship, you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification. Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of highly skilled professionals—mechanics, panel beaters, body builders/ fabricators, spray painters, graphic designers, auto electricians. Best of all your training fees are fully covered, so unlike Uni, there is no big HECS debt.
Career Growth:
Kick-start your career as an apprentice and climb the ladder—become a tradesperson, team leader, supervisor/foreman, workshop manager to branch manager or even CEO! The possibilities are endless.
Diverse Opportunities:
Not only can you excel in technical roles but also explore opportunities in Safety Management, Sales or Parts/ Procurement departments. With 27 branches across Australia and New Zealand there are also plenty of opportunities to relocate if you decide you want a sea change or a tree change.
Mentor Program and Peer Support:
The transition from school into work life can be tough, but we have plenty of support available to help and guide you through your apprenticeship, through our mentor program and peer support groups.
